  • What Is Finned Heater?

    What is Finned heater? Finned heater is one type air heater, the fin enwinds on stainless steel heating tube is in order to raise heat dissipation speed . Its main application is to install in different place to heat environment air . The fin has round and rectangle shape . Max surface working temperature of finned heating tube can reach 600deg.C .

    PRODUCATION ABILITY FROM CHINA LAIYUAN.

    Depends on present production ability, Laiyuan can produce 500~700pcs finned heater one day . We have 3 production lines to work together in order to raise production ability . Normally delivery time is 7~9 working days . Main production equipment is Filament winder, Antomatic powder feeder, Cut pipe machinery, Contracted pipe machinery, Pipe-bending machinery, Finning machine, Laser printer and so on .

    Production Process:

    1)Resistance wire length depends on Wattage,voltage and Pipe length . We use automatic wire winding machine, it has small resistance value tolerance and fast process speed benefits .

     

    2)Max pipe length of Power feeder can reach 12M.

    Structure Of Finned Heating Element :

    5)When the finned heater is to be U ,W ,L etc other shape, Semi-automatic pipe bender will help to finish demand shape .

     

    6)Each pcs will do 1000V high voltage , insulation resistance test and measure cold resistance value before package.

     

    3)Thickness of pipe is 0.8~1mm what we used normally , so needs to use contracted pipe machinery to contract pipe to reach requirement diameter . Until now main diameter is 8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm,18mm and 20mm .

     

    4)The fin will be burned to the surface of the heating tube by the fin winding machine, the machinery is automatic .

     

     

     

Precautions For Use:

1)Avoid fin heating tube in high temperature, humidity, or corrosive substances for a long time.

2)If it is impossible to avoid the fin heating tube being in a high temperature environment for a long time, heat dissipation measures should be increased to ensure that the normal operation of the heating tube is not affected.

3)Maintain good ventilation to avoid the accumulation of excessive dust and foreign matter to ensure the ventilation and heat dissipation effect of the finned electric heating tube.

4)When using electric finned heater, do not ignore the grounding problem. Proper grounding helps to enhance the safety of the device and prevent accidents caused by short circuit of the power cable.

5)In the process of use, try to avoid the electric fin heating element and chemicals, acidic substances and other harsh environment contact. These substances will accelerate the corrosion of the electric heating tube, thereby reducing its working efficiency and shortening its life. If it must be used in harsh environments, pay attention to keep the equipment clean to avoid their impact on the electric fin heaters .
