How to Use and Maintain Electric Cartridge Heater

1. The heating end of the cartridge heating element should be completely placed in the equipment to prevent damage to the lead.

2. The terminal should be dry and clean to prevent short circuit. Prevent chemicals or corrosive media.

3. Cartrige heater is heated with sodium nitrate and stearic acid. When paraffin and other substances are used, the voltage is first lowered and then raised to the rated voltage.

4. Insufficient heat dissipation will lead to excessive temperature of the die and accelerate the damage of electrial cartridge heating rod.

5. Input voltage shall not exceed 10% of rated voltage.

6. Electric heating element working environment, temperature not more than 95% non-explosive, corrosive gas.
