Brass band heater

Brass electric band heater is mainly sealed by a brass tube to heat the body. The heating element uses imported high temperature resistant wire and high temperature resistant mica board. The leads are made of high temperature resistant fiber strands and outer copper strips to make the leads wearable and durable. The wiring of the product is connected to the heating element by copper enamel and welded to the silver fiber to completely seal the finished product.

6.Technical parameters: ambient temperature -20 ~ + 60 degrees Celsius, relative humidity less than 80%.

7. Leakage current is less than 0.5MA. Cold insulation resistance > 50MΩ; ground resistance <10Ω.

8. The surface sheath plus rust.

9. The internal heating wire uses advanced nickel-chromium wire.

10. Maximum power: 3w / cm2 (stainless steel), 4.5w / cm2 (brass), 6.5w / cm2 (ceramic).

11. The highest temperature is above 600 degrees.
