Why can't install the single-head electric heating tube of the mold?

The mold single-head electric heating tube is normally customized according to the diameter of the mold hole and then non-standard, but some customers found that the mold single-head electric heating tube could not be installed when they received the electric heating tube. Why is this?

 

There are two reasons:

 

1. The mold hole takes a long time, and there may be some small residues left by the burning of the heating tube. These small residues will be tightly nailed into the mold hole, causing the heating tube to fail to fit.

 

2. The heating tube may be too long. Normally, the heating tube over 500mm will have a banana bend, or the bending caused by extrusion during transportation will prevent the single-head electric heating tube of the mold from being installed.

 

   What should I do if the mold single-head electric heating tube cannot be installed? You can clean up the mold hole residue first. If it still does not fit in, then you need to send the mold single-head electric heating tube to the original manufacturer to reduce the diameter of the tube. Correct again.

 

In this way, the single-head electric heating tube of the mold can be installed into the mold hole.
