Why can't the cartridge electric heating tube of the mold be installed?

The mold single-head electric heating tube is usually customized according to the diameter of the mold hole and then non-standard, but when some customers receive the electric heating tube, they find that the mold single-head electric heating tube cannot be installed. Why is this?

 

There are two reasons:

 

1. The mold hole has been used for a long time, and some of the heating pipes may have burned out some small residues left behind. These small residues will be firmly nailed inside the mold hole, causing the heating pipe to not fit in.

 

2. The heating tube may be too long. Normally, the heating tube exceeding 500mm will have banana bends, or the bending caused by extrusion during transportation will make the single-head electric heating tube of the mold not fit.

 

What should I do if the single-head electric heating tube of the mold cannot be installed? You can clean the residue of the mold hole first. If it still cannot be installed, you need to send the single-head electric heating tube of the mold back to the original manufacturer to reduce the diameter of the tube. Correction again.

 

In this way, the single-head electric heating tube of the mold can be installed into the mold hole.
