Can the finned electric heating tube heat water?

 

The finned electric heating tube is often used to heat the air. The biggest difference between the air electric heating tube and the heating tube for heating water is the power design. The normal air electric heating tube has a length of 1KW, while the water heating tube can do 3KW per metre of length. .

 

   Therefore, the surface load of the air electric heating tube will be smaller than that of the water heating tube, so the finned electric heating tube can be used to heat water.

   Also, when wrapping the fins, the welding points of the head should be carefully welded, otherwise due to the pressure of the water, the welding points will leak water, resulting in leakage of the fin electric heating tube.
