The difference between the dry heating electric heating tube and the liquid electric heating tube is that its surface temperature will continue to rise with the size of the power and the length of the heating time. The surface temperature of the liquid electric heating tube will reach the highest level with the limit of the heating liquid temperature. For example, the electric heating tube that heats water will be cut off when it is normally heated to 100 degrees. In this way, the surface temperature of the heating tube is about 100 degrees.

 

    The same shape, diameter and length of the dry-burning electric heating tube, the greater the power, the higher the surface temperature of the heating tube. When the surface load is large enough, the surface temperature of the dry-burning heating tube reaches more than 1000 degrees until it burns out.

 

    Therefore, the dry heating electric heating tube must be equipped with temperature control when it is used. Because the current high temperature-resistant tube material is also temperature-resistant at about 800 degrees, the temperature control should make the surface degree of the heating tube not exceed 800 degrees, otherwise the dry-fired electric heating tube may burn out.

 

Therefore, there is no fixed upper limit on the surface temperature of the dry-burning electric heating pipe. The greater the surface load, the higher the surface temperature of the dry-burning electric heating pipe.
