Do you know the temperature sensor thermocouple, how the temperature is transferred to the temperature control?

Home    更新    Do you know the temperature sensor thermocouple, how the temperature is transferred to the temperature control?

Thermocouples generally have two lines, one is a positive thermocouple and the other is a negative thermocouple. Thermocouples have many division numbers. The common division numbers are generally: K type, J type, E type, etc. The semicolons are different, then They are different materials for positive and negative electrodes.

For example, a K-type thermocouple has a positive electrode of nickel-chromium and a negative electrode of nickel-silicon. The positive electrode of the J-type thermocouple is iron, and the negative electrode is copper-nickel. The end connected to the thermocouple is called the free end, and the rod end becomes the working end of the thermocouple. The size of the thermoelectric potential in the thermocouple circuit is only related to the composition of the thermocouple conductor material and the temperature of the two contacts, but not to the shape and size of the thermocouple. When the two pole materials of the thermocouple are fixed, the thermoelectric potential is two. Contact temperature difference T and T0 function. Because the cold end T0 is constant, the thermoelectric potential generated by the thermocouple only changes with the temperature of the hot end (measuring end), that is, a certain thermoelectric potential corresponds to a certain temperature, and we only need to measure the thermoelectric potential to achieve the purpose of temperature measurement.
