How to improve the safety of high temperature electric heating tube

The resistance wire of the high-temperature electric heating tube is made of nickel-chromium alloy, which can withstand high temperature above 800 °C. Due to the high power, here is how to improve the safety of the high temperature electric heating tube.

 

1. During use, inflammable and explosive materials shall not be placed near the high-temperature electric heating tube, and a certain safety distance must be maintained.

 

2. The high temperature electric heating tube must be placed on the base of non-conductive and non-combustible material.

 

3. The safety cutting of the wire must meet the capacity requirements of the high temperature electric heating tube. Industrial high-temperature electric heating pipes must be equipped with separate circuits in any case.

 

4. The wire must be installed with a plug, and the high temperature electric heating wire head cannot be directly inserted into the socket.

 

5. The aging and damaged wires of the high-temperature electric heating tube should be replaced in time, and the high-temperature electric heating tube without a fuse in the circuit shall not be used.

6. Someone must take care of the high-temperature electric heating tube when it is in use, and the plug should be unplugged when leaving. During use, in case of power failure, the plug of the high temperature electric heating tube should be pulled out in time.

 

7. The resistance wire that has been repaired many times should be replaced with a new resistance wire.
