How to Use an Industrial Furnace Heater

1. Two nuts should be relatively fastened when connecting the terminal of the fin type electric heating tube. Do not use excessive force to avoid damage to the finned electric heating tube due to loose screw.

 

2. The heating part of the finned electric heating tube should be completely immersed in the heating medium to avoid poor heat dissipation and damage to the finned electric heating tube if the allowable heating temperature is exceeded. In addition, the lead-out part of the wiring should be exposed to the insulation layer of the heater or outside the heater to avoid overheating damage to the part.

 

3. The finned electric heating tube should be stored in a dry warehouse. If the long-term storage surface is wet, the insulation resistance can be measured with a megohmmeter. If it is less than 1 megohm/500 volts, the finned electric heating tube should be dried in an oven at 200 degrees.

 

4. The terminals of the finned electric heating tube should be kept clean and dry, otherwise the insulation performance will be reduced and short-circuit breakdown will occur. The wiring part is strictly protected by an insulating sealing device to prevent accidents.
