Its installation method: install directly on the bracket; use copper or other metal plates after drilling. Fixed electric heating tubes (similar to baffle electric heating tubes); some electric heating tubes are fixed by welding.

(2) The l-shaped single-head electric heating tube can be directly inserted into the general use environment without fixing according to the installation instructions.

(3) The baffle-type electric heating tube can be used directly, or welded and fixed on the basis of the baffle.

(4) The installation of the threaded single-head tube is to screw the electric heating tube to the position that needs to be fixed. The heating liquid generally adopts screw type. Of course, the sealing requirements are strictly guaranteed, and it can also be used on the basis of the original weld.

3. U-shaped electric heating tubes, flange electric heating tubes, and finned electric heating tubes are generally equipped with fasteners. They are usually installed directly with fasteners, and usually installed without fasteners. It is fixed by bracket or welding installation.

The flange electric heating tube literally means that it is installed and fixed according to the method of flange installation. Flange installation can generally be divided into connecting flange (bolted connection) and welding flange. Generally, when the low pressure or sealing requirements are not very high, the original installed or processed metal gasket can be used to install and fix the connecting flange through several bolt holes; in the case of high pressure or low pressure and large diameter flange, welding method can be used Flange, the flange can be fixed by welding.
